For the biggest night of the year in film we asked ourselves, what if there was a show behind the show? For the 86th Academy Awards Greenroom, we created a digital art mosaic co-curated with actress Susan Sarandon.
Partnering with Samsung, we used 86 different devices featuring televisions, smartphones and tablets as a custom display. We designed a software app to pull from the Academy's collection, featuring socially conscious Oscar-winning and nominated films.
Images animated in and out creating a dazzling show, complimenting the modern and glamorous Hollywood loft inspired space.
A custom digital mosaic became a curated collection honoring the best of cinema, bringing hollywood glamour alive with a digital touch.
