The Residence Gallery is an interactive gallery space that tells the story of what it's like to live in Hudson Yards. Located in the Shops at Hudson Yards, this project is the sales center for 15 Hudson Yards (Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with Rockwell Group) and 35 Hudson Yards (SOM). Each building is a product of creative collaboration from a community of global visionaries.

The story of Hudson Yards is told through five interactive zones within the gallery that allow visitors to discover the residential experience of New York's newest neighborhood. Each zone focuses on different elements that make up Hudson Yards, its residences, and their amenities. A fully digital storefront creates intrigue by displaying custom video content while creating playful moments of hiding and revealing the gallery space beyond. Each activation encourages visitors to interact with their environment to unlock unique facets of Hudson Yards. 

The experience starts at the macro level to illustrate the new neighborhood as a whole and dives deeper and deeper into the details as visitors move through the space. The architecture is fully integrated with technology to create a seamless storytelling experience. Mediums of storytelling include interactive touch points, physical models, and immersive projection mapping.
